Borrow fee and shortable-share counts come from Interactive Brokers' public lending data via iBorrowDesk — one broker's pool, not market-wide short interest, and delayed. Patents come from the USPTO Open Data Portal, refreshed daily. Shares outstanding come from the cover page of each 10-Q and 10-K in the SEC's XBRL data — the count is official but only updates when the company files, so sales under an at-the-market program show up with a quarter's lag. The offering flag marks the most recent registration or prospectus filing on EDGAR.
